Setting Up The bEA Project Office

By bEA Project Team

Setting up an office to work in was one of the most important early tasks for the bEA project. Dr Stephen Nkatia of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, one of our project partners, was kind enough to allocate office space for us.

The allocated office space was not in a good state, as the offices had not been used in over a year and some heavy boxes had been stored there. We had to clear the office space off all the boxes, rubbish and more, and then clean it thoroughly before we could start digitisation work. We also repainted the office - from blue to white which is better for digitising.

Here are some ‘before the makeover’, ‘during the makeover’ and ‘after the makeover’ photos of our project office.
